Picked up a sweet looking bag from a charity shop that looked brand new. Turns out there was a reason it was in the charity shops. The hooks that connect the bag strap to the bag are broken meaning the strap won't stay on Tell me how you would fix the issue! I have no tools or skills of my own so can't do it myself.
