My kitchen sink is leaking into the cupboard below. Also the tap is dripping and my bathroom kitchen tap is stiff. I am sure that they are fairly quick jobs if you are a plumber. You will need to buy any new parts needed (I can pay extra for these if you have the receipt) and bring your own tools. Needs to be done ASAP
