I need your address I’ll come to you after 14:00 ,I don’t need tools I’m not gonna open it’s checking sometimes you will be surprised could be something to do with remote or cables it’s not always capacitor or something inside.
The remotes are not redponding to the TV at all tho. Jus operating on and off at the moment.

Just to check for you if something I can deal with it I’ll fix for you if not it’s fine I’m not charging you for coming to check.
The screen freezes at step 1 of factory reset and after a while goes off then comes back on. Come have a look then.
Its 55 ins TV. You may need tools to open up?
