flush won't stop unless you open cistern - I think it's the flush mechanism in the cistern. Not there myself so can't tell.

OK - the upstairs loo flush is also 'singing'. I think that's also straightforward, but you need to remove the wine rack from above the stairs to access. I think I offered too much to fix downstairs toilet - so will adjust it to include this - is that OK? You can then go tomorrow to do the loos, have a look at the baby gate area, make a quote on the courtyard - how does that sound?
As discussed no problem and I can be there at 5.30 if that's ok as I'm fitting a dishwasher at 3 hope this is good for you
