I have the boards, and the layer that goes beneath it. I do not know what you mean for trim. Also I realised I would need to replace the floor beading. The flat is 45 SQM. Do you think that you could make me an offer for the 2 jobs? I would leave you the house keys and you could come during the week maybe from Wednesday..I am quite flexible.
