Nickalous, this will also involve cleaning the top of a small conservatory in the patio area, also minor work which I don't know yet such as maybe getting some small white stones. We can negotiate the price for putting in a path in the garden as well at a later date or within. Does that work? I will accept the offer once you confirm.
