"Very polite and friendly but the main request in my listing was that all the waste be removed, instead a lot of it was dumped behind my shed - someone else mentioned this in their review, wish I had spotted it first. It's cost me extra money to have it taken away. The bush was also completely lopsided and the bedding barely touched (not edged as I requested), so I spent 4 hours of my own time straightening it out as we had guests coming over."
