Guide me on a ESP32 project

I wish to learn how to wire up and configure an ESP32 chip. The approach I envisage is to implement an IoT project using that chip, neither too trivial nor too complex. I would like an experienced ESP32 developer to guide me along the way. Approach: - Approximatively five sessions resulting in a completed IoT project (please recommend achievable scope) - Not included "homework" I will carry on between sessions - English language - Face-to-face or via Skype - Evenings or weekends UK time Background: - I have started playing with the JZK ESP-32S development board (ASIN B071JR9WS9 on Amazon) but will consider alternative ones as recommended. - I have some theoretical knowledge of electronics and I've done some soldering in the past. - I am an experienced programmer, albeit not applied to embedded IT.
