HouseWhat would you like the handyperson to work on? Hi, There are three small cracks in the walls, one inside and two outside. There are a couple of wooden gates that need strengthening with a few screws. There are also about 8 bricks just above the damp-proofing line that need sanding or acid cleaning. There is a noisy bathroom fan that needs changing or repairing. Two vents needs to be put into the chimney stack, one in the dining room and one upstairs in a bedroom.
