House Which areas of the property need work? Loft What would you like the handyperson to work on? I need to remove a few boards in my loft to investigate what’s underneath (the chimney breast has been partially removed and I need to see under the boards to work out how the chimney stack is supported). Access is through a small hatch with no loft ladder. You will need to bring a suitable large stepladder to get into the loft (I don’t have one tall enough).
