Completing final odd jobs for new tenancies in our properties. There are just small snagging odd job which need to be completed. These include changing lightbulbs, installing batteries in smoke alarms, installing a curtain pole installing one blind. We would continue working with someone in the future for the right candidate, thanks. We may also request a bit of cleaning, and checking of the properties.
