Hi, I'm in need of physical help to sort out boxes of stuff which have moved with me but I'm not capable of any real physical work due to severe arthritis. It will consist of emptying boxes under my direction and some reasonably heavy boxes so someone with a good back and arm muscles would be needed. A lot of trips to a bin store within my block are also required. I'm on the fifth floor of a modern block with a decent lift so there's a bit of leg work required too. Ideally I would like someone for 2-3 afternoons next week. I can only manage about 2-3 hours per day. Thank you

Hi, I would love to help you with this job as my favourite thing to do is de-clutter, I am good at organising homes and clearing out. I attend the gym everyday so I am relatively fit for the job and if there is anything that need to go to charity etc. I am more than happy to take with me.
