Help weeding/clearing the garden

Due to the garden not having been done for a year or two, I have an area of approximately 4x3m that I would like weeded and returned to an area of empty vegetable patch. Once the weeds are got rid of, the soil needs to be turned. The path around also needs clearing The job is estimated to take about 3 hours.
