I have a pc which I got of a friend, he downloaded a whole ton of games on a external hard drive. There are games I have on disc which I cannot get to work I may need a different version of windows, so I need some help getting these games up and running. But under no circumstances can I lose the desktop icon which is used to access the games on the external hard drive.

Hi Tony, I run an IT consultancy for over 20 years. I build and service Desktops, Gaming machines, Media Graphic rendering machines, Crypto rigs and Corporate servers. And picked many other skills over the years. Please assign it to me in confidence that we will implement a solution. I take it that these are old school games on the disk (Let me know if they have Williams defender emulation!!).
