I need help moving out of my flat. I have approximately 20 items/boxes that I need help moving from my flat to my van. It took around 20 minutes when I moved in. The building has a lift and I'll park right outside the building. I'd do it all myself but I've tweaked my back and will have to stick to the lighter items. Nothing is participially heavy, no sofas or mattresses. I'd like to do this in the morning so a 10:00 start latest, earlier is better.

Hi John, Thanks for your offer. Just to clarify before I accept: - The address is at M3 7NE (I'll give the rest of the address when we agree) - We'll need to start at 09:30 on this Tuesday (16th Oct) morning - No items are particularly heavy - I can help with lighter boxes (I have a bad back) - The building had a lift so no need to climb stairs and the van will be parked outside the building - This should take around 30 minutes I think thats everything.
