I will cover the travel expenses plus the fees etc also I will ensure that all is in place to travel. Need chaperone to Paris central or Boulogne. is not far from Eurostar or a bit longer via air. The cat will have all necessary paperwork and jabs etc and will ensure you get to travel back without having to pay yourself. Have an amazing flat in beautiful district (30 mins walk from Eiffel tower ish) if necessary you can always stay in apartment for the day or night if you want to rest and recuperate or sightsee. to be discussed!
