I need someone to set my back break pads properly they are touching the wheel atm And one of the spoke is gone back wheel and missing the grey thingy hopefully you can see on picture

Is the wheel running true? You may need to wheel aligned if it's missing a spoke Once you put a new one in/fix it.
Yes someone check the wheel and said it looked good How much would you propose to do the job?
Spoke nipples are 10p each but you'd probably buy them in bulk. Brake realignment is just using an alleyn key and moving them up and down. Or worst case scenario adjusting the tension in the cable.
I have the tools as I have my own adventure bicycle which I maintain as I cycle extreme long distances in my spare time. Only problem is im back to my normal work this week. It is a cheap task....when did you need it done?

I can talk you through it as I'm unlikely to be able to get the Brentford this week. If you have an ajustable wrench give the cable a little less tension. You may need to adjust the brake pad placement which is just as simple.
