Hey Karen, sounds great! Do you have any photos you could send? We get the carpets delivered this Saturday so ideally some time in the next 3 weeks.
I can get him to speak to you direct to put your mind at ease and photos? You couldn't show how well a carpet was fitted from a photo. He is called Keith and aged a fit 64 and well and truly time served with all the correct tools. He is adorable, has a keen eye for detail and actually enjoys it too.

Hey Karen, this all sounds great. Can Keith do evenings (after 4pm) or weekends?
Weekends would be great as he works all week. However on an evening would be good too.
