Hi Rachael, thank you for the message. Can i ask you a few questions? You cover all manchester city centre? You can clean any day of the week or you have some days off? Can you also take care of the laundry (wash and fold)? please let me know, thanks, Bastien
I work all of greater Manchester,I work 6 days a week but can be flexible. I can do laundry if needs be.

Hi Rachael, sounds good, we would be willing to make a try and give you one property to start with. We would expect to fully rely on you as follow: Guests have to checkout by 11am and following guests come by 3pm. The apartment needs to be cleaned in the meantime. Guest collect and return keys from a nearby location so you dont need to meet them or anything like that. We have 3 sets of bedding per bed per property and 3 towels per potential guest so you can make a rota even with back to back bookings. We have mainly 1 bedrooms apartments with 1 bed or 1 bed + 1 sofa bed. We pay 25 pounds for cleaning and laundry if 2 beds and 20 pounds if 1 bed. We ask you to clean on checkout and we normally confirm if there is a last minute booking at least one day in advance. We have an app you can put on your smartphone which allows you to see the live schedule at all time. I would be happy to try out on 1 property first and then we could give you as many as you want.
