I need someone to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and also to repair the hobs of an electric oven. The leak I think looks like a straight forward fix, though will require previous plumbing knowledge. Only one of the electric hobs works (the oven cooker works), and the tenants have told me when they try to use the other three, it trips off the power to the appliance. I'm looking for 1 person to do both jobs or 2 people to do one each. Thanks
