I need cardboard/recycling/rubbish removal

I have a spare room full of cardboard, rubbish and boxes of old items to be donated. I am agoraphobic and cannot easily go outside. I need someone to take the rubbish and cardboard to the rubbish and recycling facilities outside, and items for donation to the nearby charity shop. All rubbish will be securely bagged and not hazardous. All recyclable materials will be sorted (cardboard flattened, glass and plastics bagged in clear bags). My apartment has one unavoidable flight of steps, a lift, and access to supermarket trolleys for ease in bulk removal. Recycling/rubbish facilities are just outside and will require multiple trips. Items for donation will be sorted and packed into boxes or bags. The items are things like books, clothes, curtains and bedding, shoes, bags. Nothing particularly heavy. If you should want to keep any of the donated items, you would be welcome to do so. Tasker must have own transportation to take these items to a charity shop. A van should not be necessary, a car should suffice. You can choose the closest or any charity shop you prefer (if you support a specific charity, for example). PLEASE NOTE: I do not want this scheduled before 23rd October, as I will need time to sufficiently sort the items to make your life easier. The timeframe for this task is 23rd Oct-6th Nov
