1) Windows: - Refresh paint on a few timber windows - There is varying levels of damage from rot in a few areas which will need to be treated. This will need to be done by someone who has experience. - Align some windows that are not shitting properly. 2) Door - Paint/decorate part of an external door frame - Paint/decorate external door weather bar 3) Internal walls - Paint/decorate some internal areas
