Just to let you know. There is only one double bed in one of the rooms. All other rooms, hallway, living room have no furniture so there is no need to move things around. Would this reduce the price a bit?
Yes depends on the condition of the carpet but between 2-4 hours. I bring the chemicals its like a lubotory in my vehicle. I can do at any time on Monday.
