Hi Qasim, Thanks for getting back to me. The flat is very clean actually but I have a tenant moving in on Thursday and Foxtons (the managing agent) says that it needs to be cleaned. You probably only need to vacuum (there is a vacuum there), clean the bathroom and wash the kitchen sink. Maybe some light dusting. But I’m in Ireland so you will have to get the keys from Foxtons. Is that ok? Flat is on Old Oak Road in Shepherds Bush. Let me know what you think. I can pay you via bank transfer. Thanks Aisling
