Does this require a check-in or is there a lockbox at the property? How many bedrooms is your flat? Can you please let me know in order for me to put in an offer? Look forward to your response. Hi Kaileigh, Thanks for your message. We would need the flat cleaned and for you to let the air bnb guests in if possible! The first guests are checking out on the 23rd so if you were able to check them in that would be great? And then they check out on the 27th at 11. The next guests check in the same day at 3. It would be great for you to give the place a full clean and change the sheets etc. Please let me know a quote for all of this. We don’t have a lock box so would need to give you the keys. It would be good to meet you ahead of time if possible? Perhaps you could come over to meet us and clean the flat in November? Thanks!
Hi Shanaya, Thank you for your quick response, just to claify you want; Check-out 23rd clean and change of linen (is there a wash and dryer at the property, or do you have enough bedding for those stays) What day are the 1st guests arriving? 27th Check-out 11am, clean and change linen and check-in at 3pm Also can you let me know how many bedrooms? and in total there are two different guests staying there for this period.
