Thanks Danny. The size are is approx. 5m x 3.8m. How many downlights would you recommend please? What is your rate like? And the estimated total cost?Thx.
Hi Yeen Yeen, thanks for your response. I would certainly say around 6 in total for that space. I would definitely recommend LED warm white light finish if it’s for your living room. Either you can supply the spots or I could? I would just need to know what finish you would like them in for example brushed chrome, white, polished chrome etc.... not a problem either way if you supply what you desire. I would supply the cabling though as it’s a normal procedure for an electrician to at least supply the correct cable. Normally for labour cost including cabling it’s £25-35 per spot light but I can do it for you for £20 each. That’s very cheap to be fair, and would only ask in return to be recommended to friends and family for future works. Please let me know what your thoughts are. I will attach a picture of my contact details for your address Incase you want me to pass by and have a look and meet you properly before any work take place.

Thanks Danny. Perhaps I will take some photos to show my ceiling and you can access whether downlights can be installed and roughly how many to install. If you provide the spots, are those bulbs replaceable? Thx
Hi Yeen Yeen, yes that would certainly help if you send some photos. Also yes, if your happy for me to supply the spot lights, they will be LED and replaceable if they ever stop working. But keep in mind, LED lamps very rarely stop working and are long life products.
