I need furniture assembly

1 IKEA cupboard width 100 cm and height 235 cm is too tall for my new flat that only has ceiling hight of 230 cm. I need 8 cm taken off the top when moving into my new flat mid November in Wheathampstead. The same needs doing to 2 cupboards width 50 cm and height 235 cm. Doors are 227 and those will fit. Movers will move doors and cupboards to my new flat on completion around mid November, and then work needs to be done that Sat PM. Movers are bound to reconstruct cupboards in the new flat, but they can only do this after cupboards are made slightly less tall.
