The property is an old stone built cottage. The window sills and surrounds are painted (windows are PVC). The old wooden front door needs rubbing down and re-painting with mahogany paint/stain and door furniture needs painting black. At the back of the property, the window surrounds and sills need painting adn the walls need painting with white stone/masonry paint as the old paint is coming off. The newly plastered walls in the kitchen have been painted once but not "cut-in" around the units and these need repainting and finishing off. The kitchen ceiling needs painting (bare plaster) There is a large tub of the wall paint there to use along with a 2 litre tin of white fungus resistant paint ready to use on the ceiling.
