My overflow pipe outside the house from my water tank in my loft is overflowing.it has been doing this for two weeks. My lodger pulled up the ball **** and said that it was fixed but it did not stop. This seems to have led to one of the radiators gushing water and my lodger took the thermostat of the radiator. Now my heating is not working. Help
