My toilet value/syphon needs to be changed. The tank is full and the chain pulls but the valve is not opening when trying to flush which let's the water through. I have puchased the doughnut as well. I have drained the water out of the tank and have the parts but need someone to complete the job as I'm not confident doing it and lack tools. Please can you quote.
