Hi. Sonos 5; 1st gen. 4 years old. Bought Selfridges, out of warranty. Light use only. Volume started to fluctuate over a couple of weeks - up and down. Then became almost inaudibe; 95% volume loss. Headphones ok. Line in doen’t Work. RAdio doesn’t work Sonos aren’t interested in repairing; offering ?a refurbished play 5 at £349. I suspect a blown amplifier. Vey disappointing.
