I build speakers in my spare time and sometimes sell them. Without the object infront of me it's difficult to troubleshoot the issue but you're probably looking at a replacement battery if the cable's okay. Idk how much a sonos battery is but I doubt £50 is even going to get you there buddy. I mean you could Frankenstein the speaker using an old laptop battery. You may have to ditch the housing unit if you do that and maybe replace some parts for compatibility. It would probably cost me around £50 or more to do that though.
