I could have a look at it closer. As a dressmaker that sees with satin material I know the light marks could be some sort of water or liquid mark. The black mark could of come from brushing on a dark object that could easily be removed.

Dear all, who is asking what sort of stain it is - I have no clue, just like our client. We are building contractors at our client property. Stain could've been done by our builders as well as client. So we have no idea what it is, nor who caused it.
