I need washer dryer repair

machine turns on and displays time but counts down while nothing happens. Pump is clean and drum is not stuck (moves manually) so i suspect blocked hose? i am not strong enough to move the machine and check. could be something different but assuming it needs new hose woudl like full quote to come out and replace. it's an indesit washer/dryer
