Hello, Our (pretty much) brand new washing machine is leaking substantially in our basement. We're not 100% sure if it's the washing machine or the pipes at back. Not every load, but one in three leaks a lot into our basement - causing flooding, damage to walls and bad smell. We need a plumber to come and look and identify, and fix the issue asap.
