Hi Tim, I am a professional qualified electrician, who will carry out the work safely and test it with my specialist equipment to confirm it is safe and working correctly. Price is for installation of the pendant light. If needed a pendant light can be supplied, but is in addition to the price quoted. NICEIC registered electrician, qualified to the latest regulation of BS7671 (18th edition). Regards Imran
