We need competitive quotes as the work can only begin if the costs are approved by the landlord. Work would need to be done by 6th of September. Kitchen: 3.05m x 2.65m (vinyl) Reception Room: 4.45m x 3.86m (laminate) Master Bedroom: 3.33m x 3.23m (laminate) Bedroom 2: 3.51m x 2.74m (Carpet) Hallway: (Carpet) Bathroom (Vinyl) Unsure about the exact dimensions of the hallway and bathroom but can forward floorplan if that helps.
