Kitchen cupboard door

The hinges on my kitchen cupboard door need to be moved down and new holes drilled. When they were initially installed they had to be adjusted slightly and the builder made new holes too close to the original ones. These have now opened up and now the hinge has come out of the wall. New holes need to be drilled in the wall and the hinges moved on the door which means a circular hole cutter is required. See images. I’ve had somebody come out today who didn’t have the right equipment so please only quote for the job if you definitely can do it ;) Thanks! Aimee
