Great Pedro. The address is Flat 1 Derwent Court, Riverside Close, Romford RM1 1EQ [once inside the development go past the small pontoon bridge and property is first on left, ground floor]. Lets say 9.30 am on Monday 20th August. Please see picture, where it is the two doors on the right of the three.
