Lay down laminate floor in our hall (5m2)

We bought the laminate floor and underlay ourselves but we would like someone to with the expertise to put it down in our hall which is approximately 5 square meters. Carpet and grippers have been removed, there is old tiling on the floor currently. The laminate has to be cut in to required size and the skirting boards need to be cut in (if necessary).
