Hello mate i am an experience floor layer and i am the guy you need for your job. The old tiles or board will have to be removed and prep the floor if it is not smooth or may have damages etc. All can be done in the same day.

Hi Nick how are you doing? You have been a bit quiet for a few days. Are still interested in getting your new floor laid? Get in touch tell me what's on your mind.

I know it's a small kitchen but it not just lay the lino, i will have to prep the floor first. the best i can do is 140

Yes of course that is what i do and would love to be of assistance

Hi Miguel, perfect. Since the kitchen is quite small - is their any chance of a cheaper price on labour? We are quite pushed budget wise at the moment.

Hi. Can you give more details about the floor type. Size of kitchen and when is convenient for you. Thanks.

I'll take a photo, as soon as possible.

The room is about 5 metres, by 2 metres.

Sorry for late reply. You want to remove e the tiles first ??!!!

Or put the vinyl on top of the tiles after fixing them ?!!!

The laminate tiles will have to be removed, and new padding put down. What are your thoughts?
