Hi Michaela the fact that you can open and shut the windows and doors means that the locks can be changed without much fuss .depending on the manufacturer of the windows and doors it may be quite difficult to match the original locks I would have to look closer and surch for you .either way we Will sort out the problem to a satisfactory conclusion.
