"Unfortunately, although Ali made unlimited edits I find it very hard to believe that he is a professional designer with 10 years experience. It took over 100 emails and me spoon feeding him to get the desired results. Basic things I'd expect to be innate to a designer Ali struggled with. The job wasn't fully complete but I had enough and so ended up getting a friend to finish the second part of the job. I asked to call Ali, who claims to be based in Camberwell but he conveniently side stepped doing so, leading me to believe that perhaps he isn't based in the UK. Unfortunately, I will not be using him again."
