Maintenance jobs in flat - Replastering etc.

We are looking for a handyman to look at the dishwasher (guest has reported buttons are not working). and re-plaster a hole in the wall in the living room. We also need someone to measure the skylight in the yellow bedroom so that we can fit blinds on it (it is quite a high skylight), and also need a wooden slat to be replaced connecting the bathroom and the corridor (this last job is not essential but great if possible.
