As a design professional I have always been frustrated by not having a bag to suit my A3 size paper needs. So I designed one. Now I need someone to make me a prototype of it. It will include sewing either canvas & thin leather or ideally heavy gauge leather in its entirety. I will provide materials and designs. Ideally it would be someone who can meet to discuss then go away and make it.

hello peter i really like the sound of your idea,i earn my bread and butter from construction trades,but my hobby is leather work mainly making dog collars and belts i also work with heavy nylon webbing and cordura fabrics,i have an old singer 45k machine and i hand stitch aswell have some black full grain leather about 1.5mm thick at hand.if my skills maybe of interest get back to me and we can take it from there. regards pete

Hi. I can put you in touch with my upholsterer. She is based in Hove and you would need to meet at her studio. Besides being a brilliant upholsterer she also makes bags and Xmas stockings etc. I’m sure it would be within her capabilities. Regards Andrew.
