Hi Sergei, as I understand it. This is the same as your other post 'marketing to create logo'? If so, then I can definitely help. (Design, URL, Logo, Iconography) If not, then writing a Marketing plan is best in the hands of a 'Business Development Manager' as I assume it would be for government funding etc. This isn't necessary if you already have clients and are currently working in Heating Engineering. Which takes me back to point 1. My Business Big Thing can promote your work/business by creating a professional brand (look). Then set up a few templates for promoting your business through social media. But for this budget I cannot create your website. (this will be additional)
