Mount a punch bag ceiling hook into the rafter of my garage. The rafter is wood and the ceiling hook has a metal plate with 2 holes for screws. The screws however are bolts at one end so I presume a guide hole needs to be made and then the screws screwed in using a suitable tool. Should be around a 10 minute job.
