Hi Elena, I talked to my colleague and we considered your offer. Here is what we think: -even though you mentioned that you might need our help again, we won't be able to put down the price to 200 each. We are happy to give you a discount for job from the storage to your new home but we first have to see how long it is going to take to finish and then give you the discounted price -secondly, I made a small mistake we didn't take in consideration the amount of stairs involved (if applicable) and parking - lastly if dismantling is involved then it's hard to determine how long is it going to take to finish. We normally tackle this with an hourly rate which is not possible on this platform We think that the most important factor about your move is that bot you and us are happy at the end. Therefore I would like to offer my original quote for the move (£245) and £55 for dismantling. This is to ensure that our time is fully covered for 5 hours which is I believe is sufficient. This offer is our final offer and it is all inclusive. I hope you understand that our offer might not be the cheapest but most probably the best value for money considering our level of experience, guaranteed show up on time and reviews.
