Hi Nick, Ben says 'there's a short narrow flight. I can be there to help at that time'. So I guess that'll be OK? Sounds like there wouldn't be room for more than two people in any case. There aren't any stairs at this end, I'm glad to say (except the one step from the front of the house to get in the door). Does that sound OK?
