Move and assemble a piece of furniture needs vans

I'm the founder of a new business called awol pods. We hire wooden relaxation pods to businesses. I'm doing a pop-up at an event on the evening of 6th November and need 2 able people with a van to help load up, drive the pod about 25 mins away and then help to assemble the pod (simple assembly, just requires a couple of pairs of hands). Later that night I'll need the pod to be disassembled and brought back again. Please let me know if you have a van (that has space at least 2m long by 1.6m high) and a helper available! Thanks, Lucy
